How could I manage at that situation.
Hi, seborrheic dermatitis is also called dandruff, seborrheic eczema and seborrheic psoriasis. It isn't contagious, and it's not a sign of poor personal hygiene. Few self-care tips can help you control and manage seborrheic dermatitis (dandruff): soften and remove scales from your hair. Apply mineral oil or olive oil to your scalp. Leave it in for an hour or so. Then comb or brush your hair and wash it. Wash your skin regularly. Rinse the soap completely off your body and scalp. Avoid harsh soaps and use a moisturizer. Avoid products that contain alcohol. These can cause the disease to flare up. Wear smooth-textured cotton clothing. This helps keep air circulating around your skin and reduces irritation. If you have a beard or mustache, consider shaving it off. Seborrheic dermatitis can be worse under mustaches and beards. If this is the case for you, shaving might ease your symptoms. Avoid scratching. Scratching can increase irritation and your risk of infection. Gently clean your eyelids. If your eyelids show signs of redness or scaling, wash them each night with baby shampoo and wipe away scales with a cotton swab. Warm or hot compresses also may help. Use lukewarm water for head wash. Medication: take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's badiaga 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use schwabe's anti-dandruff shampoo and anti-dandruff oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Apart from this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin folli hair once daily for 1 month.

Hi, Very good morning to all I am suffering with sleeping problem when I go to read something in the books or ebooks. After 10 min my eyes become sleepy. That's why most of the time I have to leave the books. That's become create problems in my studies.

7 hours sleep is okay more sleep will make person dull One thing i want to tell you that if you can relax your mind by Rajyoga meditation than you can reduce your sleep upto 6 hours and you will feel fresh and active

Get your thyroid function tests and fbs & ppbs checked in a good lab. 1. Take less energy, spend more. Therefore, eat less, exercise more. 2. Eat less of sugars, starches and fat and more of proteins, fiber, vitamins and minerals. This means, fill your stomach with salads like raw carrots, turnip, cucumber, tomatoes and plenty of boiled seasonal vegetables etc. And less-sweet fruits like guava, papaya, apples, pears, oranges etc. Avoid cold drinks also. 3. Do regular physical exercise like brisk walk, cycling, swimming, kapaal bhaarti and mandook aasan. Tell me after two weeks.

This is usually because they have a high body metabolism rate which doesn’t allow fat to accumulate, resulting in faster burning of calories. Fortunately, there are several tips to gain weight, which are not only effective, but healthy as well. How to increase weight and stay healthy If you are attempting to increase your weight, it is important to remember that simply eating anything at all will not help. Incorrect eating habits might not only affect your body functioning, but could also have other undesired effects on you. This is why it is important to eat correctly, while keeping track of your daily activities. Listed below are some simple and effective tips to gain weight. Put together a schedule Like most other things, it is essential to put together a detailed and achievable schedule that will help you gain the numbers you want. For this you will need to measure the different parts of your body like thighs, waist, hips, stomach etc. So that you can keep track of your progress. Along with keeping a track of your measurements, it is also necessary to keep track of the foods you consume and the kind of exercise that you might have to indulge in to help pile on the pounds. Prepare a nutritious diet plan When trying to increase weight, you simply cannot start by consuming fatty foods. Much like how you follow a particular diet to lose weight, you will have to chart a specific diet plan to put on weight. For this you have to pay careful attention to the proteins, fats and carbohydrates you consume. Drink plenty of liquids One of the most important parts of a diet, whether losing or gaining weight, is to drink plenty of liquids to keep your body hydrated. However, while losing weight requires beverages like water and green tea, while gaining weight you need to have beverages that supplement you with calories. Fresh fruit juices and fruit milkshakes are some of the best options because along with keeping you hydrated, they also provide the necessary calorie intake and do not affect appetite. Weight and strength training In addition to consuming the right foods, it is also important to add weight and strength training to your daily activities. With this you can strengthen muscles, which in turn can help in increasing overall body weight. Light or medium strength or weight training will help in adding lean muscles, which is ideal for those who want to gain weight while staying fit. However, it is important to stay away from too much of cardio or aerobic exercises as they are usually used for burning fat and calories. Hi Lybrate user, the best method to solve pcod is regular exercise and healthy diet you should completely avoid junk, oily and fat food items take 2 litres of water daily 1-2 hrs of regular exercise is must. Take more fruits and vegetables in your diet reduce weight add leafy vegetables to your diet take fruit juices on a daily basis avoid high calorie food avoid mango, grapes n add more pomegranate, apple to your diet.

Avoid chilled and cold things. Avoid sour and over sour food products. Take lukewarm water and beverages. Gargle with lukewarm+salt thrice in a day.

1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. Avoid oily n spicy food.....take vegetable soup twice daiy....eat only saladn 1 cup of fat free milk at night...drink 1 glass of water 1/2hr before meals....take fruits empty stomach...join aerobics... take 1 tsp triphala churna dailyat night with luke warm water..

It is a serious issue that you have many episodes of syncope which is undiagnosed so I will suggest you to meet a physician at the earliest and get all the investigation done to rule out the cause

I want to consult for my hair problem. These days from almost last 2-3 months I am facing a serious problem with hair fall. Everytime when I am oiling, washing and combing my hair, hair fall is very high. My diet is proper, sleep is also fine (7-8 hours in a day). I tried homeopathic also for few months but did not see any improvement. Homeopathic did not work at all. I am getting everyday by seeing major hair fall. Please advise something. Thanks.
