Hi I can understand that weight gain is a big problem now a day. The main reason behind weight gain is eating more of the processed food, less of exercise and drinking less water. You observe the habit of yours, you will find that these three reasons. Hence to lose weight cutting on processed food, sugary food, drinking 3-4 liter of water daily and exercise for min of 30 min per day is essential. Balanced food is the key to long term weight loss. I can suggest a diet plan and some dietary supplement for quick weight loss. I am suggesting a general diet and supplement for you. You can visit my clinic for free detailed body composition analysis. Sample Diet Plan Breakfast – green Juice. Lunch – vegetable pulao with pineapple fruits. Dinner – paneer with green salad. I hope every condition is under control. Ideal diet is not according to charts. You eat according to your constitution without comparing with others. No sugar or sweets, no bad fats, only good fats like a spoon of pure ghee/ butter and a katori of assorted nuts. Minimal salts and no packaged food as it contains lots of salt, being a preservative. Lemon juice with honey but cut down on other calories (just 30 cals in a spoon of honey) it helps to burn the fat and sugar. Fruits like guava, orange, apple can be had. Exercise like walking also burns sugar and fats.

Hello, Hair loss is a subtle metabolic disorder. It may be related to disease such as diabetes, for example, or following typhoid infection. It may be due to some fungal infection on the scalp, or to hormonal imbalance. A deficiency of calcium, magnesium, and zinc may affect the nourishment of the hair enough that the hair starts to fall out. And there is a definite hereditary factor, in which genes appear to trigger hair loss at a certain age. Pitta individuals, and those who have excess pitta in their system, are more likely than the other body types to lose their hair early in life, or to find that their hair becomes prematurely thin or gray. Excess pitta in the sebaceous gland, at the root of the hair, or folliculitis (inflammation of the hair follicles) can make the person start losing hair. You can try some home remedies: ALOE VERA: To reduce pitta and preserve the health of your hair, drink Aloe Vera juice (⅓ cup preferably with a pinch of cumin) 3 times a day for about 3 months. You can also scrape out the gel from an aloe plant with a spoon, and apply to your hair and scalp (and face too). ONION PASTE: Onion paste helps you cleanse your scalp and increases hair growth. You just need to add onions in the mixer and prepare a paste. Apply the paste on your scalp. Leave it for 20 minutes and rinse with water. GUAVA LEAVES: Add guava leaves to hot water and boil it for a few minutes till the time the water turns black. Using cotton, apply the solution on your scalp. Repeat this process two to three times in a week. AMLA JUICE: Amla does wonders to the hair and is one of the best cures for baldness. Take equal portions of fresh Amla juice and Lemon juice and apply the mixture on your scalp. Leave it on for 30 minutes and rinse off. COCONUT and ALMOND MILK: Take 5-10 almonds and blend them with appropriate amount of tender coconut malai. Apply this nourishing hair pack to provide Vitamin E and many other nutrients to your hair. HONEY and EGG YOLK: Mix honey and egg yolk together and massage on your scalp for 30 minutes. Egg yolk will help stimulate hair growth. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR: Mix one part of apple cider vinegar in one part of water. Apply the mixture on your scalp, massage gently and leave on for 5 minutes before washing off with a mild cleanser.

Good to know that your thyroid is normal & I am sure if you get other basic tests like cbc for hb & infection in body, blood sugar may also be normal. At 20 you are suffering from anxiety and it happens with lots of girls because the formative years towards a mature womanhood takes longer in absence of proper guidance. Please do not take any anti anxiety medicines, you will be hooked for life. Modify your lifestyle. Face the fear of sunlight but do get your eyes examined. Do write back your hb. Hair fall can be due to general weakness or a local infection on scalp. Use ketaconazole shampoo, easily available on any shop-this shampoo does remove impurities from scalp. Home remedy is to apply either of these & wait for an hour, shampoo later clearing every area of scalp of these 1) curd 2) vinegar 3) lemon juice but it can be drying for hair, though it is an excellent antiseptic 4) henna powder mixed with water only. Initially the hair loss will be more, do not get upset as they are the weak hair & they have to fall. But hair growth of new hair will be healthier.

Dear you've not given your age height and weight. Diet adv will depend on these factors. You will need to have some solid diet in the day to maintain a balanced diet and remain free from any deficiency. Liquids are ok in summers but need to be interspersed with some solids. Avoid fruit juices, soda and cola drinks, too much tea, coffee or alcohol.

Foods To Increase Testosterone levels!

Foods To Increase Testosterone levels!

Foods that increase testosterone levels

1. Tuna

This fish is not just full of vitamin d, but it is also low in calories and great for heart health. You can eat it fresh or canned, as it doesn’t really make a difference. A single serving will fulfill your vitamin d requirements for a day. Don’t like the taste of tuna? don’t worry you can eat salmon or sardines, they have the same high levels of vitamin d and other vital nutrients that keep you healthy.

2. Eggs

Remember when eggs were bad for you? it turns out the science behind that argument was actually what was bad for you. The tests that they conducted were done on mice and as it turns out, eggs are great sources of not just full of vitamin d, they are also loaded with other nutrients, such as lean protein for building quality muscle.

3. Oysters

You may have heard that oysters are an aphrodisiac and there is some truth to that. Though they are not full of vitamin d, instead, they are high in zinc which is good for increasing the production of testosterone. Check your current diet to see if you may be suffering a zinc deficiency. Load up with foods that contain zinc the next time you go shopping. Most shellfish are a tremendous source.

4. Grass fed beef

The current science is showing us that eating moderate amounts of beef is actually good for you, not bad as previously thought. If you have been holding out on the beef because you thought it is unhealthy it is time to let go of your fear. One serving of beef a day will give your testosterone levels the boost that is needed. We suggest a quality organic or grass fed beef to minimize the chemicals.

5. Beans

Beans are great for men who are looking to increase their testosterone levels because they are rich in both vitamin d and zinc. If you are wondering which kinds of beans, you should know that almost all kinds benefit you. The reason why many men wont eat beans is how long it takes to prepare them. If this is the case for you then all you need to do is invest in a pressure cooker and your beans will be ready in just a few minutes.

6. Citrus fruits

Citrus fruits are loaded with vitamin c that reduces cortisol, the stress hormone. They also contain vitamin a that is required for testosterone production. The great thing about them is that they are available most of the year so you can get a load of them any time you want.

7. Celery

This is one of the most powerful ways of boosting testosterone production. In fact, experts say that even smelling celery can increase it significantly. This is because it contains apigening which helps produce testosterone. The best way to eat celery is as a snack in between workouts.

8. Butter

Note that this should be butter only from grass fed cows. Butter is great for you because it contains vitamins a, c and d that are all vital for testosterone production. The reason why they insist on grass fed is because cows that are not left to graze naturally produce milk that doesn’t contain high amounts of these vitamins. It should also be noted that butter is a healthier option than margarine.

9. Avocados

Vitamins a, b, c, d, e, k, omega-3s, potassium, folic acid, and healthy cholesterol are all found in a single avocado and are good not just for testosterone reasons but for a variety of health reasons. If you want to have great nails and nicer hair, for instance, eat an avocado a day and see the difference. Don’t worry about the fat because this is the friendly fat that your body needs.
