Hello, I am giving you some health tips to avoid acidity 1.Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2.Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 4. Moderate physical activity regularly 5.avoid excessive tea, coffee 6. Do Not postpone Breakfast 7. Avoid excess citrus fruit 8. Avoid smoking and Alcohol 9. Regular Physical activities 10. Meditation I am giving some health tips for Migraine headache •1.You can turn off light for some time •2.Apply hot or cold compresses to your head or neck. •Ice packs have a numbing effect, which may dull the sensation of pain. •Hot packs and heating pads can relax tense muscles. •3.Warm showers or baths may have a similar effect. •4.You can take Tea or coffee( but not excess) 5.Sleep well Here are some tips to encourage sound sleep. Establish regular sleep hours. •Minimize distractions. •Your eating habits can influence your migraines. •Be consistent. Eat at about the same time every day. Don't skip meals. No smoking and alcohol. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

There are several things you can do to prevent an episode of acidity like: Avoid alcohol. Normally alcohol in moderation is well tolerated but for people prone to acidity even a small amount of alcohol can cause discomfort. Avoid smoking .The nicotine in the tobacco affects the opening and closing of the food pipe allowing back flow of the normal stomach acid into the food pipe. Eat small meals. Instead of 3 big meals, have 5 small meals every 3-4 hours. Eat slowly. Don’t sleep on a full stomach. Try to have an early dinner. Make sure there is a gap of 3 hours between your last meal and bed time. Wear loose-fitting clothes. Avoid certain known foods which cause acidity like, coffee, tea, colas, and citrus fruits, oily and spicy food. If your weight is high – losing a few kilos will reduce acidity too. Keep a gap of 2 hours between exercise and meals. Drink at least 3 litres of water every day. Try meditation and yoga to minimise daily stress.

use mouth gel zytee 1 to 2 drop in to mouth thrice a day.take cap. vit.B once a day for 7 days. drink cold fresh water. eat green veg.,gargle with gargle liquid i.e. betadine 5 ml in to 1 glass of water. avoid spicy foods, fast foods. avoid constipation, eat fresh foods and fruits only. eat vit.-B12 and iron rich meals. if symptoms persist then do tests CBC, VIT.-B, and consult again . get well soon. with best complements.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your problem is due to constipation - increase fibre intake in your diet, have more vegetables (5-6) servings per day, fruits (2-3) per day, beans, sprouts lentils, wholegrains - drink 8-10 glasses of water for proper digestion & removal of toxins from the body - do regular exercises like brisk walking, jogging, cycling, swimming for 20-30 min, do yoga, deep breathing for proper digestion - take liq Cremaffin, 1 table spoonful after dinner at night - if fever is there then take tab paracetamol 1 tab three times a day.

It could be due to piles. Get it examined by doctor and follow the advice and treatment 1. Apply proctosedyl ointment 2-3 times daily before and after passing stool. 2. Sit in a bath tub containing warm water with little salt for some time twice daily (sitz bath). 3. Take two tea spoonful lof softovac/naturolax powder with a glass of warm water/milk in the evening or syrup duphalac 3 tsf (15 ml) twice daily if there is constipation. 4. Take fiber containing diet, like cereals, whole grain bread, brown rice, pasta, broccoli, cabbage, plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits. 5. Consult me for further advice.

Do regular physical activity, you can go for daily morning walk 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Carbo veg 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Drosera 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Fresh ginger juice (1 tsp) + lemon juice (1tsp) + sauph powder (1tsp) - mix this in one liter of boiled and cooled water. Drink this water everyday, and you gas trouble will vanish it no time. You need not drink 1 liter of water at a stretch. Have one cup every now and then. But make sure you finish the 1 liter of water in 245 hours.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.
