I am 26. From outside I am physically fit. But I feel sometime that I get tired from inside. Why is this. And there is always a pain in my neck and shoulder.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I was lifting a brick (normal mud brick) for my weight lifting training. Recently I faced pain in my little finger especially when I was writing. So I consulted a orthopaedic, he said that the ulnar nerve was moving back and touching the bone and this being the reason for my pain. He also said it cannot be recovered naturally and if it goes worse then surgery is needed, till then need to stay like now avoiding the pressure and changing some posture. I am very much worried. Please tell me is there any way to correct this and If I leave lifting weights does it get recovered within some time frame? Can it come to normal permanently?

Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

I am 22 years old and having the extreme hair fall since past 2-3 months.in a day around 100 to 200 strands come out from the root. I really get depressed by seeing this. And want some solution to stop the hair fall instantly. So please suggest what should I do.

A.Healthy sleeping patterns can help you solve many hair problems, so get a good 7-8 hour sleep everyday. B.Make time for physical activity every day. Walk, swim or bike for 30 minutes a day helps balance hormonal levels, reducing stress levels thereby reducing hair fall. c.If you want to keep hair healthy, you must know how to take care of them. Avoid rubbing your hair dry with a towel. Rather, let hair dry naturally. d. Wet hair is very weak. Brushing wet hair increases chances of hair breakage. If you must comb wet hair, use a very wide-toothed comb. Use your fingers to undo tangles, not a comb or brush. e.Hair is a delicate structure. Do not use excessively hot water to wash your hair. Hot water strips your hair of colour and activates the oil-producing glands. Use lukewarm or tepid water which will help dilute the oil glands’ secretions, remove dirt, and improve blood circulation. It’s best to end with a cool or cold shower. Such a finish will stimulate circulation at the hair roots and make your hair look smooth and shiny. F.Castor oil especially has excellent hair growth properties and is considered an effective remedy against hair loss. Warm a little oil for a few minutes. Gently rub it over clean scalp and hair shafts allowing the oil to penetrate.  Leave it on for a few hours, preferably overnight and then wash with a mild shampoo. Take care.

TIPS FOR PROPER SLEEP:: 1.Have a glass of whole milk (without the cream removed) with green cardamom powder before going to bed. 2.Have 1 teaspoon of licorice root powder with a glass of milk on an empty stomach in the morning. 3.Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. 4.Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed.And if u sleep during day then stop sleeping in day time. 5. Take light meals at night and drink 10-15 glasses of water daily. 6.Stop using gadgets 1 hr before sleep.switch off lights at 11:00 pm. 7. Sleep in total dark room. 8.Add some fresh rose petals in a cup of boiling water. Keep it aside till it is lukewarm. Add ½ teaspoonful of sugar to it and have this twice a day. This is a good drink to uplift mood. 9.Do yoga daily 30 min n shavasana daily 5 min before sleep.... Do deep breathing for 2-3 min after every 1 hr....

To gain muscle, you must eat protein. To boost the ratio of muscle to fat gain, you must exercise. To gain muscle and strength, you must engage in resistance exercise. Night fall or wet dreams is a very common occurrence in men, especially in adolescents. This condition is characterized by involuntary ejaculation of semen while sleeping at night or in the early hours of the morning. The problem can sometimes become frustrating for young men because they fail to understand the reason for it and cannot discuss it with their parents or peers out of shame. The frequency of these nocturnal ejaculations may vary from person to person. Some people only experience it in their adolescent years and some people experience it throughout their lives. Frequent night falls can cause laziness, lesser sensation in the genital regions, burning sensation after urination and low libido.

What are the causes?
Night fall is common at a young age when a man abstains from sex. But if they persist and become more frequent, they can create adverse effects upon the body. The major causes are stated below
1. Weak nerves, congested prostate gland and inability to control emotions are considered as primary causes of frequent night fall
2. Males having sex or performing self-stimulation frequently can become prone to night fall
3. Side effects of medicines like tranquilizers, high blood pressure medicines, sedatives etc. can also increase the frequency of night falls
4. Lethargic lifestyle, diabetes, obesity, long sitting hours, low libido, stress, anxiety and depression affect the balance of hormones, weakening the nerves and causing night fall

How can it be controlled?
1. Exercises and jogging keep the body fit and taking a bath before sleeping relaxes the mind and aids in sleeping, therefore reducing the possibility of night fall
2. Urination right before going to bed can help in preventing nightfall
3. Having yogurt twice or thrice a day can reduce the chances of getting wet dreams
4. Refraining from watching porn or sexually explicit visuals before going to bed will keep nightfall at bay

If wt loss is due to prolong periods, its because of excessive loss of blood. So it is difficult to gain in a week. For gain wt you should treat for both i. E. For normal periods and rx for increasing blood cells. For general you should try ashokarisht and lohasava.(ayurvedic med).
