आयुर्वेद के अनुसार भोजन को पचाने के लिए हमारे शरीर में पाचन अग्नि होती है जिसको पाचन ऊर्जा भी कहते हैं. अक्सर हमलोग बिना किसी परेशानी के पाचन आदि पर ध्यान नहीं देते जिसके कारण हमारी पाचन शक्ति कमजोर पद जाती है. कमजोर पाचन अग्नि खाने के बाद थकान की समस्या पैदा करती है. हमें हमें अपनी पाचन ऊर्जा को नियमित करने के लिए भोजन करने से पहले ताजे अदरक और थोड़े नींबू के रस में एक चुटकी नमक मिलाकर लेना चाहिए. इससे लार ग्रंथियाँ सक्रिय होती हैं और हमारे भोजन से पोषक तत्वों को आसानी से अवशोषित कर लिया जाता है. जिससे कि आवश्यक एंजाइम आसानी से बन जाते हैं. आयुर्वेद में इस बात का उल्लेख है कि पाचन अग्नि को संतुलित करते रहना बेहद जरूरी है यदि हमारी पाचन ऊर्जा कम होती जाएगी तो खाने को पचाना मुश्किल हो सकता है. लेकिन यदि पाचन अग्नि प्रचुर मात्रा में होती है तो यह भोजन जला देती है. आइए पाचन शक्ति को दुरुस्त करने के तरीके को जानें.

1. आयुर्वेदिक दवा त्रिफला
कोलन को विषमुक्त करने में त्रिफला की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका होती है. दरअसल त्रिफला एक ऐसा शक्तिशाली फार्मूला है जो तीन जड़ी बूटियों आमलकी, बिभीतकी और हरीतकी के मिश्रण से बना हुआ है. इसका उपयोग हमलोग पोषक तत्वों के अवशोषण में भी वृद्धि करने के लिए करते हैं. ये हमारे पेट से तमाम विषाक्त पदार्थों को साफ करने में बहुत उपयोगी है. यह हमारे शरीर से धीरे-धीरे शरीर विषाक्तता को दूर करके पाचन को तीव्र करती है. इसके लिए त्रिफला की तीन गोलियाँ या एक चम्मच पाउडर सोने से पहले पानी के साथ सेवन करनी चाहिए.
2. खाने का मज़ा लें
जब भी खाना खाएं बहूत उत्साह से और खाने पर ध्यान केन्द्रित करके खाएं. क्योंकि खाना हमें जीवन देता है. आयुर्वेद के अनुसार खाना हमारी चेतना के विकास के साथ ही हमारे शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य के लिए भी बहुत जरुरी है. यदि आप नीचे बैठकर खाएंगे तो ये उचित होता है. जब हम नीचे बैठ कर खाना खाते हैं तो हमारा पेट सुकून की मुद्रा में रहता है और हमारा सारा ध्यान खाने के स्वाद, खाना कैसा बना हुआ है और भोजन की सुगंध पर रहता है जो हमारे पाचन में काफी सुधार करता है. इसे आजमा कर देखना बेहद आसान भी है.
3. खाने के बाद लें दही या लस्सी
खाने को ठीक से हजम करने के लिए खाना खाने के बाद दही या लस्सी का सेवन एक प्रभावी तरिका है. इससे खाना तो बेहतर तरीके से पच ही जाता है हमें कई अन्य पोषक तत्व भी मिल जाते हैं जो कि स्वास्थ्य के लिए आवश्यक होते हैं. इसके अलावा पाचन स्वास्थ्य को सुधारने में दही को सबसे अच्छा उपचार माना जाता है. लस्सी में हलके और आवश्यक बैक्टीरिया होते हैं जो खाने को सुचारू रूप से पचाने में मददगार होते हैं.
4. खाना सुकून से खाएं
हम में से कई व्यक्ति दोपहर का भोजन मल्टीटास्किंग करते हुए मतलब यातायात में ड्राइविंग हुए, काम करते हुए मेज पर या फिर खड़े-खड़े ही खाने लगते हैं क्योंकि हमारे पास समय का अभाव होता है. आयुर्वेद के अनुसार हमारे शरीर को भोजन से पोषक तत्वों को अवशोषित करने में उचित वातावरण की जरूरत होती है. इसलिए खड़े-खड़े, ड्राइविंग करते हुए, रस्ते पर चलते-चलते भोजन नहीं करना चाहिए. अगर आप के पास समय का अभाव है, फिर भी आप को बैठ कर ही भोजन करना चाहिए.
5. सही समय पर खाएं सही चीज
आजकल हमलोग अक्सर अनुचित तरीके से भोजन करने के दुष्प्रभाव देखते हैं. यदि आप इसके दुष्प्रभावों से बचना चाहते हैं तो आपको उपयुक्त समय और प्रकृति के लय का पालन करते हुए भोजन करना चाहिए. दोपहर का भोजन हमें 12 से 2 बजे तक कर लेना चाहिए. इस समय हमारी पाचन ऊर्जा मजबूत होती है. दोपहर के भोजन का सेवन प्रचुर मात्रा में करना चाहिए, क्योंकि उस समय हमारी पाचन ऊर्जा अधिक शक्ति से काम करती है. रात का खाना दोपहर के भोजन की तुलना में हल्का होना चाहिए और हमें रात 8:00 बजे तक भोजन का सेवन कर लेना चाहिए. रात 10:00 बजे के बाद हमारा शरीर विषाक्त पदार्थों को नष्ट करने का काम करता है. इसलिए रात 10:00 बजे के बाद भोजन करने से विषाक्त पदार्थ भोजन प्रणाली में जमा हो जाते हैं जिसकी वजह से अगले दिन हम थकान महसूस करते हैं.

Hi, we can surely help you to lose weight. U have to do cardio for a minimum of 40 minutes. Then only the body will start burning fat. Also you have to eat low calorie foods at regular intervals. Also the dinner should be light.

Ayurvedic Treatment for Back Pain

Back pain (Low Back Pain) is pain felt in the lower back that usually originates from the muscles, nerves, bones, joints or other structures in the spine. It is a common complaint. Most people will experience low back pain at least once during their lives. Back pain is one of the most common reasons people go to the doctor or miss work.

Men and women are equally affected. It occurs most often between ages 30 and 50, due in part to the aging process but also as a result of sedentary life styles with too little (sometimes punctuated by too much) exercise. The risk of experiencing low back pain from disc disease or spinal degeneration increases with age.

SYMPTOMS
Symptoms of back pain may include:

  •    Muscle ache
  •    Shooting or stabbing pain
  •    Pain that radiates down your leg
  •    Limited flexibility or range of motion of the back
  •    Inability to stand up straight

CAUSES
Back pain often develops without a specific cause that your doctor can identify with a test or imaging study. Conditions commonly linked to back pain include:

  • Muscle or ligament strain – Repeated heavy lifting or a sudden awkward movement may strain back muscles and spinal ligaments. If you’re in poor physical condition, constant strain on your back may cause painful muscle spasms.
  • Bulging or ruptured disks – Disks act as cushions between the individual bones (vertebrae) in your spine. Sometimes, the soft material inside a disk may bulge out of place or rupture and press on a nerve. The presence of a bulging or ruptured disk on an X-ray doesn’t automatically equal back pain, though. Disk disease is often found incidentally; many people who don’t have back pain turn out to have bulging or ruptured disks when they undergo spine X-rays for some other reason.
  • Spinal degeneration – degenaration from disc wear and tear can lead to a narrowing of the spinal canal. A person with spinal degeneration may experience stiffness in the back upon awakening or may feel pain after walking or standing for a long time.

DIAGNOSIS

The diagnosis of low back pain involves a review of the history of the illness and underlying medical conditions as well as a physical examination. It is essential that a complete story of the back pain be reviewed including injury history, aggravating and alleviating conditions, associated symptoms (fever, numbness, tingling, incontinence, etc.), as well as the duration and progression of symptoms.

AYURVEDA MANAGEMENT

 Ayurveda refers this condition as ‘Kati shoola’. Kati refers to ‘low back’ (hip) and shoola refers ‘pain’. Kati vata or Prishta shoola or Kati graha or Trika shoola or Trika graha are other names or conditions mentioned in the classics. Vata is the predominant dosha causing these conditions and are categorized under Vataja nantmaja vyadhis.

NIRAMAY THERAPY
The treatment for Back pain or Kati shoola will be planned according to the presentation of the dosha predominance and underlying cause. Treatment may include Panchakarma therapies for Shodhana, internal medicines, external applications and advise on diet and life style modification.

Therapies like

  • Abyanga
  • swedan
  • Dhanyamla dhara
  • Podikizhi & Elakizhi
  • Pizhichil & Navarakizhi
  • Basti & Kati vasti etc are done according to the severity and nature of the disease. Therapies may range between 8 - 28 days and can expect maximum recovery with in this period. Duration may vary further based on the underlying cause.

PCOS And Hair Loss Treatment

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome or PCOS is very common amongst women of reproductive age. This condition affects the ovaries and is one of the leading causes of infertility. Increased hair fall is one of the other effects of this disease. According to Ayurveda, PCOS brings the Kapha dosha that normally can be found in the upper half of the body downwards along with the Pitta dosha. This affects the Prana-Vyana-Apana axis. One of the impacts of this misbalance is a loss of nutrition to tissues including the hair follicles. Without proper nutrition, the hair follicles begin to die and fall off.

Thus, addressing the Prana-Vyana-Apana axis is one way to treat hair fall caused by PCOS. Some forms of Ayurvedic treatment that can be used for this include:

  • Sarvangadhara: This involves pouring medicated oils or milk or decoction over the body as per the condition of patient.
  • Shirodhara: In this form of treatment, milkor medicated oils etc. are poured in a continuous stream over the head.
  • Udwarthana: Dry Powder massage for removal of Kapha or ama dosha.
  • Abhyanga: A massage with medicated Oil or Ghrutam.
  • Swedana: Sweat inducing treatments for elimination of toxins.

Other forms of Ayurvedic Medicaments & Panchkarma treatment that may be used to treat PCOS and hair fall associated with it are:

  • Panchakarma: It means 5 therapies. These 5 therapies (i.e Vaman, Virechan, Basti, Nasyam, Raktamokshan) themselves vary from case to case. This helps deal with a number of issues caused by PCOS. For example, it helps regulate body weight, hormonal secretions, removes toxins, decreases resistance to insulin and enhances metabolism. The effect of this can also be seen on hair growth as hair fall is lessened and hair regrowth is enhanced.
  • Ayurvedic Medicaments or Herbal Remedies: A number of herbs also have a beneficial effect on hair fall caused by PCOS. They stimulate ovulation and regulate menstruation to balance hormone levels, destroy cysts in the ovaries, regulate blood flow during menstruation and aid in natural conception. Some of these herbs include Ashokarishta, Shatavari, Rajapravartini vati, Kumaryasava, Dashamoola kashayam etc which has to be taken as per the condition of body under the guidance of expert Ayurvedic onsultants.
  • Yoga:  Specific Yoga asanas are  beneficial for hair loss along with treating PCOS. It helps release stress and eases the symptoms associated with PCOS including hair fall.
  • Pranayama is one of the primary yoga exercises beneficial for PCOS. This helps relax the mind and detoxify the system. Other yoga asanas that can help reduce hair fall include the Suryanamaskar, Bhujangasana, Sirsasana, Salabhasana, Sarvangasana, and Badhakonasana, Vakrasana.

Along with this, it is necessary to eat a well-balanced diet, avoid junk food, get adequate sleep at night and meditate regularly to improve one’s emotional health.

I'd advise you to visit your nearest dermatologist. Hair fall needs comprehensive treatment. Don't waste time trying different shampoos or oils. They will not help.

You should take low purine diet. Avoid excess of nonveg, eggs,milk, dairy products, spinache,tomato etc. Still if Uric acid is high take medicine after consulting a Doctor.

There are many reasons for pimples like from pubertical harmonal changes to poor hygiene and food habits. According to ayuveda pimple are because of pitta and blood impurities. Reason from this may be improper food, poor hygiene, poor sleep, constipation, excess oily friend spicy food and many more. I will suggest you some common measure to follow like wipe your face with warm water 2/3 times a day. Use gental soap for cleaning face only at night. Drink atleast 2/3 lit of water per day. Eat leafy vegitables and fruit vegitables. Don't use any cream now. Stop junk food. There are some herbal medicines are available for purification of blood and lower the pitta but it should be taken by consultation of ayurvedic doctor only.

Generally Surgery or Z - plasty is recommended for Pilonidal Sinus. But both of these are having a risk factor of recurrence of Pilonidal sinus. Whereas Ayurveda recommends Ksharsutra treatment for Pilonidal Sinus. In this treatment; Ksharsutra - A medicated thread is placed in Sinus tract. Medicines released from thread debrides the sinus tract and induces healing. Medicine present in Ksharsutra works for 7- 10 days so this thread needs to be changed with a new Ksharsutra. In this way Sinus tract heals completely and there will be no wound. No. Of Ksharsutra changes required for complete healing of sinus tract will depend on length, depth and branching patter of Sinus tract. Sinus tract heals @ 0.5 to 1 cm per Ksharsutra change. So for a 3 cm long sinus tract 4-5 Ksharsutra changes are required. There is no need for hospitalization in this treatment and you can continue your daily routine work as usual. Visit a Dentist, get scaling (cleaning of tooth) and polishing done followed by uses of some mouth washes and toothpastes will relive you from the same problem. Cause of this is deposition of food in the form of plaque and calculus (hard layer formation on tooth surface. Cause should be removed. Thankyou.
