Sleep apnea is a sleeping disorder in which you experience frequent breathing pauses while sleeping. There are three types of sleep apnea, namely Central, Obstructive and Complex sleep apnea. Causes of sleep apnea

Obstructive sleep apnoea is caused when the muscle in our throat starts relaxing.
