You do not ovulate each month, and some women do not ovulate at all if they are suffering from PCOS. For most women, it ranges from 96 to 98 degrees Fahrenheit. When your temperature rises slightly (four- to eight-tenths of a degree), it usually means you have ovulated within the past 12 to 24 hours.
