All you need to know about Premature Ejaculation

Instances of PE:

Premature ejaculation takes place with negligible sexual stimulation and even before the desire

This broad definition thus avoids specifying a precise  normal  duration for sexual activity and reaching a climax. But in routine practice this kind of situation is NOT called as PE. So every individual and every couple is unique.
