I feel you should avoid fatty and oily foods. Eat small frequent meals. Keep a gap of 2 hours atleast between your dinner and sleep. Regards,

U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day 9. Do not drink/ STORE WATER IN PLASTIC bottles. For medicine contact on private consultation good luck.

Vomitting with loss of appetite with yellow coloured urine output are few symptoms of jaundice and for gastric problem avoid spicy food in your diet and also avoid peanuts and potatoes in your diet.

Mild alteration in lifestyle and diet can help u deal with this problem. Eat healthy and fresh diet .Eat smaller meals frequently than heavy food. Avoid carbonated drinks and spicy food and processed foods. Drink plenty of liquids. Eat 3-4 servings of fruits everyday. Digestive enzymes containing medicines might be helpful to you. Hope this helps u .

I got a more gastric problem and low back pain left side hip the pain goes through a leg I cont able to bend and walk casually, its seems more than 4 years I eat proper diet but I smoke per day 1r 2 cigarette I am trying to quit, as well as I take medication ranitane tab 300 mg per day regular exercise I do, but it's not cure if I stop medicine the pain will start to continue and I have depression since 5 years unforgettable memories past my love, and now my weight decrease and my butt size is 0, my hip size decrease from 36 to 30 rit nw, and PE problem pls give me a curable solutions and peaceful mind my age 32 unmarried thanking you.

Forget past and live in present and think for future. Do 1.no alcohol 2. Reduce body wt 3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. 9. Take more water for medicine contact on private chat. Good luck.

first of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.dont drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late night sleep 5.panchamrut parpati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2.audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner

I am giving you some health tips to avoid acidity 1.Take small frequent meal kindly take 5-6 small meal in whole day 2.Take 6-8 glass of water in a day 4. Moderate physical activity regularly 5.avoid excessive tea, coffee, Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food 6. Do Not postpone Breakfast 7. Avoid excess citrus fruit 8. Avoid smoking and Alcohol 9. Meditation Some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity, you can go for daily morning walk 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes 8. Avoid watching TV and reading news paper at bedtime, you can listen some soft music Consult for further Management

I feel a swelling in anus in the right side . And also feel burning sensation After defecation. And some times noticed bleeding also. It is anal Fissure when I appointment with doctor. hi.. it's fissure most likely. medications whether homeopathic or allopathic can only control symptoms for few days but the prob may reccur . so final option is surgery only.

Looks like a fissure in ano. Fissures may be caused by constipation, passing of large, hard stools, by prolonged diarrhea etc. It has been seen that fissures are associated with increased resting anal pressure due to spasm of internal sphincter muscle of anal canal. You need a surgical consultation for evaluation & treatment.

You can take ginger & lemon juice as you said. It will help you to recover but in addition For management of IBS follow these instructions: • Do not take stress . If you feel stressed then take counseling sessions weekly and you can take anti anxiety drugs prescribed by your physician. • Do long breathing pranayams to relieve your stress and anxiety. This will relax your mind . If you feel anxiety or panic take a deep breath and try to focus on main thing. •Take probiotics for make your gut wall healthy .Take one sachet of probiotics daily . • Take less diary products and coffee ,tea. Eat less fast food or junk food. • Do not eat red, green chilli and black pepper also. •To make your digestion good take 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of jeera (cumin ), 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of dry corriander seeds (dhaniya) , 5 gm (1 teaspoon) of ajwain (carom seeds ) and add some leaves of mint in glass of water and boil it till the water become half in pan. Drink it daily once in a day.

1. Drink 100-500 ml of tender coconut water twice a day for relief from hyperacidity Mix equal parts of powdered fennel, licorice root, basil leaves and coriander seeds. Have ½ teaspoon of this mixture with ½ teaspoon of powdered rock candy (or unrefined sugar) 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. 2.Make a powdered mixture of equal parts of rock candy (or unrefined sugar), fennel, and green cardamom. Whenever you feel heartburn, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of cold milk and drink. 3.Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages. 4.Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. 5.Curd should be strictly avoided at night. 6. Practice Yoga and Pranayama such as Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Bhastrika Pranayama,Shitali Pranayama and Shitkari Pranayama. 7.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 8. Avoid constipation. 9. Take 1 tsf avipattikar churna empty stomach twice a day with water/ 20 days and 2 tab soothshekhar ras twice a day 30 min after meals with little water/10 days. 10. Revert back after 10 days. Take Care.
