Avoid fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise and diet control avoid non veg and fast food do exercise of stomach specially.

Hi,Acne is the most common teenage problem.Acne is a result of a blockage in the follicles or the pores on the skin. It includes whiteheads, pimples, blackheads and rashes, and occurs usually on the face, chest. Homoeopathy cures acne conditions like blackheads, whiteheads, skin rashes and oily skin very effectively. *Treatment part for the acne -- 1. Take kali brom 30 ch , (wsi) 3 drops daily morning empty stomach. 2. Take Berberis Aquafolium Q 10 drops with water twice a day. * Management part for the acne-- 1.drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 2. Take more soups salads and vegetables. Whats your weight? what do you mean by slow metabolism? can you explain? loose skin can be tightened by massaging oils. Avoid ghee oil butter cheese sugar papad peas potatoes pickles and milkproducts. Maida stop completely. Fried no no.

You may use contractubex gel. Massage it 2-3 times daily and then apply silastic sheet over them and keep it that way for atleast 18 hours a day. Gradually you will see an improvement. If the scars are raised above the skin surface, then intralesional injections of triamnicolone also help a lot. You may see a dermatologist/plastic surgeon personally for that. You have to do the treatment for several months before you start seeing improvement. Thanks.

1. Take one tablet of crocin advance as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2. Drink plenty of water 3. Take adequate rest 4. Have adequate sound sleep in the night for 7-8 hours if you have recurrent attack of headache1. It could be a tension headache due to anxiety/stress, depression inadequate sleep, low bp/high bp, migraine, prolonged use of cell phone/computer, chronic anaemia, refractive error, chronic sinusitis, organic brain lesion 2. Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion, have adequate sound sleep for 7-8 hours daily in the night 3. Go for regular exercise 4. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5. Check for refractive error, sinusitis hemoglobin, bp 6. Avoid prolonged use of cell phone/computer 7. Consult neurologist to rule out other causes of headache, if required take a ct scan of head to exclude any brain lesion 8. If it is migraine you have to take migraine prophylactic drug after consulting neurologist.

Hello, You need to increase your daily food intake to gain weight in a healthy way. Try to eat something healthy after every 2 hours. Besides a healthy breakfast, add an extra chapati and rice to your lunch and dinner. Add sweet dish after meals. In between have foods like cheese sandwiches, milkshakes, dry fruits, peanuts, namkeens, idlis, dhoklas, aloo chaat, paneer tikkas, boiled eggs, juices, etc.

Hello, First and foremost stop stepping your green tea bag in hot water for a longer time,the more you steep the more it will taste bitter. Just steep it for a minute. Secondly,you can use multigrain flour /mixed flour for your rotis and use warm water for kneading.

DEAR Lybrate USER …. You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results in a short period of time …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day. 3) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 4) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…5) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 6) try to sleep upto 10-11 pm. 7) avoid coffee and tea…. A) apply paste of nutmeg and milk on dark circles with gentle massage. Leave it for 10-20 minutes. After it wash face with lukewarm water. Do this two times in a day. B) take 10 gm of ajova seeds along with 10 gm of jiggery after meals…. C) take 30 ml of lemon juice along with 15 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach. Do all these things for 15 days. It gives you good result. THANKS.

Dear, if you tired very fast and have less stamina. Then you will definitely get more stamina by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time * drink atleast 2 litres of water daily. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. Then slowly walk fast and slowly start running. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You can consult me privately for your doubts and detailed treatment.

Hi lybrate-user I would not suggest you to get your skin layer removed as it can be harmful for you too as skin is the first line of defence of the body and its better not to play with it. There are natural remedies to improve skin colour as well as the skin colour will improve certainly when you grow up a bit around 17-18 yrs. Takecare.

Few things related to headache so that we can plan the treatment accordingly - if pain is associated with blurred or decreased vision than check your eye sight for refractive error - if the pain is associated with cold and fever than we have to rule out sinusitis as the cause and if the pain is pulsatile in nature and with a throbbing pain usually with an aura than we have to rule out migrane as the cause - if the pain is associated with neck problems than we have to rule out cervical spondylosis as the cause - if the pain is associated with either low or high bp or due to hyperacidity than we have to treat the cause after examination.

Catching a cold once in a while is nothing to worry about, but needing to take sick leave every few weeks is a sign of low immunity. Immunity can be defined as our ability to fight infections. On that note, here are 10 ways to strengthen your immune system.

  1. Eat a balanced meal: Along with fruits and vegetables, your body also requires carbohydrates and proteins. Eating a balanced diet helps keep your blood sugar levels stable and allows your body to prioritize building your immune system over generating energy to perform normal tasks.
  2. Drink plenty of water: When you’re ill, fluids help transport nutrients to the infected area and flush out toxins from the same. Hence, it is important to stay hydrated in order to recover faster from an illness and to build your immune system.
  3. Probiotics: 80% of your immune system is located in the gut. Probiotics help the body produce more healthy gut bacteria. Thus, probiotics directly boost the immune system.
