Hello, reducing weight in 30's is not as easy as it used to be in early days. I see your height and weight provided here, they show that your weight is perfect. -target how many kgs or inches you need to reduce. -make a weight and measurement chart for comparing. -start now, don't wait. -make a diet chart with all the healthy foods everyday, it should have less calories and no fats.(cut down your current diet by 25% flat) -start working out for 45 minutes daily. (any activity that you prefer, jog/brisk walk/yoga/gym/sports anything but do it for 45 mins.) you an make your own diet plan weekly. (it should not exceed 1500 calories a day, if your body allows).

Following is a list of weight gain foods. 1. Protein is the key for the muscle building. Without adequate protein, muscle gain and growth is not possible because weight training demands for amino acids (which comes from protein). You should daily eat about 2.2g of protein per kilogram of your weight. For example, if you are 50kg , then you should eat 50x2.2=111g of protein spread over 5-6 meals in the day. Include high protein foods in your diet. Your protein intake should be from foods rather than from supplements. Good protein foods: beans,soybeans, whey, fish, dairy products (low fat variety), meats, nuts and seeds (almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds), peanut butter. Many of these are easy digestible foods. Milk is one of the best muscle foods. The milk contains two high quality proteins, about 80 percent whey and 20 percent casein. Whey is quickly broken down into amino acids and absorbed into the bloodstream. Whey is very good to consume after workout. Casein is digested more slowly and provides the body with a steady supply of protein for a longer period of time. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat and cholesterol. Include healthy skim yogurt in your diet, which can give you as much as 120 calories. 2. Eat custard apple (Saripa, Sitaphal) to put on some weight. This fruit is high in calorie. 3. Healthy fats: Avoid fatty foods. Most mothers, especially in India give too much ghee or butter to their children, thinking they will put flesh fast. But ghee is mostly saturated fat which is not a healthy fat for any body. Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. Good fats: cold pressed oils (olive, sunflower, linseed, canola ). 4. Drink pure fruit juice. It is full of sugar and added nutrients so it is a healthy and nutritious way to gain some pounds. 5. Complex carbohydrates are also needed for gaining weight.. Corn bread is also full of carbohydrates, one piece gives approximately 328 calories. Potatoes are rich sources of carbohydrates and complex sugars, eat baked or as grilled potatoes. Pasta is a calorie rich cereal carbohydrates. 6. Eat bananas. These are rich in carbs and nutritious, one banana contains approximately 100 calories. 7. Some people think that drinking beer helps, but it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty. 8. Don't take protein supplements for gaining muscles. Consult your doctor for protein supplements. 9. Non Vegetarian Foods Some of the non-vegetarian foods that help increase weight are given below: 1. Red Meat lean ground beef, lean steaks. 2. Pork, ham, lamb 3. Fish: Eat two portions of salmon, cod, or tuna every day. 4. Shrimps: The nutrients and necessary acid content present in shrimps gives healthy calories. 5. Turkey 6. Chicken breast Chicken breast, is supposed to be the healthiest and non-fat part which has approximately 78 calories for each serving. 7. Whole eggs: Eggs are loaded with protein, vitamins A,D and E.

Only arms weight can't be reduce you have to avoid fatty and spices food and skip lunch with mild breakfast and dinner take warm water with lemon and honey 2 glass daily empty stomach walk for at least 4-5 km daily with mild exercise and diet control avoid non veg and fast food do exercise and take plenty of water and papaya every day.

Hi, Protein preparations and protein rich food is always advised in lean people. You can consume the following vegetarian food which are rich in protein - milk and milk products like curds, butter, panneer, cream, cheese, ghee, etc.; sprouted wholegrams like channa, bengaal gram, greengram, rajma,etc.; nuts like almonda, walnuts, pista, groundnuts, etc.; pulses like toor dhal, black gram dhal, bengal gram dhal, greengram dhal, etc. Non-vegetarians can take egg, meat, chicken, pork, fish, mutton,etc. which are also very rich in proteins.

•Combine turmeric powder and gram flour. •Add oil and lemon juice to this. •Now add enough milk to get a paste like consistency. •Apply this mask to your face or any other body part where you have pigmentation. •Leave for 10-15 minutes. •Now wet your fingers a little and rub them on your face in circular motion over the dried mask. Give more attention to the pigment affected areas. •Do this for about 5 minutes and then wash off with lukewarm water. •Repeat this 2-3 times a week.

HI Lybrate USER…here I mention few simple things which gives you good result in a short period…. 1) avoid coffee and tea. 2) try to sleep prior to 10.30 pm…3) avoid oily, spicy, salty, junk, fast, fermented and stale foods…4) take ½ tsf of fine powder of nutmeg and ½ tsf of fine powder of Indian gooseberry and pinch of black salt, add 4 tsf of milk in it and make fine paste, apply it on face and leave it for 10-15 minutes after that wash face with lukewarm water…. Do this two times in a day…5) take 30 ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA and 2-2 tablets of MADHUMALINI VASANT and SWASKUTHAR RASA after meals…do all these things for 15 days. Consult to me for further suggestions…THANKS. You have to take more fruits MOSAMBI, POMGRANET, ORANGE, PAPAYA, THANKS.

Do you also have puffy eyes or bags under your eyes? what are your sleeping patterns? there are many causes of dark circles. More information is required from you which will help choose a better treatment plan. Too much caffeine/ tobacco and too little sleep, anemia, dehydration are common causes. If you don't have any of these causes then dark circle peels may be prescribed for dark circle which contain contains arginine, lactic acid, allantoin and aloe vera. Arginine is an amino acid derived from brown sugar which boosts collagen, increases elasticity and moisturises the skin. Lactic acid exfoliates and lightens the skin. Allantoin and aloe vera helps to soothe and regenerate the skin. This is used in conjunction with vitamin c and matrixyl that provides firmness and resistance to the skin around the eye.

hi,Avoid using feminine hygiene products, as these can cause irritation. Avoid scented soaps, lotions, and bubble baths. When exercising or swimming, change out of wet or damp clothing immediately afterward. Wear cotton underwear, which is breathable and will keep you dry. Eat yogurt with live cultures to reduce the chance of getting yeast infections. If you are diabetic, take steps to control your blood sugar.

That being said, here are a few more tips to gain weight even faster: don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Drink milk. Try weight gainer shakes. Use bigger plates. Add cream to your coffee. Take creatine. Get quality sleep.

Hi lybrate user to gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight.If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient. 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day You should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc. 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet. 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. For example, if you wish to consume 3000 calories a day, you may eat 3 larger meals of about 650 calories and 3 smaller meals of about 450 calories. 4. Have a balanced diet. 5. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. Keep in mind that excessive exercise without putting back the energy you have used will not help you to put on weight.
