I am 24 years female. I have projection from anus from the age of 17, blood in stool, acidity, burning. While passing stool.

M.S, MBBS
General Surgeon, Bangalore
Symptoms of your problem suggests a fissure-in-Ano, and would probably be Chronic, since you would possibly have a skin tag too. Ideally - dietary modification to be tried first if not already done. I see that you are from kerala. 1. Cut down on meat and processed wheat especially parotta. 2. Increase consumption of green leafy vegetable. 3. Have plenty of water- minimum 2lts. 4. Do not strain or force while passing stools. 5. Immediately after passing stool, take sitz bath (luke warm water with a table spoon of common salt in a basin, and sit for 5 min.) do it for 2 weeks minimum, usually the ulcer starts healing, if no response, then see a surgeon, for clinical evaluation and further medication. In all probability it can be treated with medicines and ointments.

Hello sir, I'm suffering from 3 year I went to many hospitals but it was no piles, fissure, fistula I have pain under motion area, when pain starts under knee to end of legs should also pain and urine also not comes free what is the problem.

MBBS, MS - General Surgery, FIAGES
General Surgeon, Gurgaon
Hi if pain in Anal region is not because of piles or fissure and it has been confirmed by the surgeon ,then I think you should consult a neurophysician ,who would examine you in detail and would like to find cause of your pain which is also radiating to your knees and legs .they might do a pelvic MRI to further confirm the diagnosis.

Dear Lybrate User, *Drink warm water. *Avoid more spicy, maida related, dry, junk foods. *While suffering from gas and indigestion due to spicy or fatty food, having fennel seeds can help cure your problem. The oil contained in fennel seeds reduces nausea and controls flatulence. Dry, roast and grind fennel seeds to make a powder. Take half teaspoon of this powder twice a day along with water. You will see some results.

Whether Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease will occur due to presence of gall bladder stones in gall bladder.
Dear lybrate user. The condition of fatty liver is often associated with gallbladder disease such as gallbladder inflammation or gallstones. Gallbladder problems can be helped and often completely resolved. There is no need to panic and rush into surgery for gallbladder disease, unless you are in severe acute pain or your doctor suspects that you have gallbladder cancer. Indeed having your gallbladder surgically removed may not relieve your abdominal pain. Do work with your hepatologist. Take care
