main cause of dendruf is fungal infection.so use only anti fungal shampoo like sebowash shampoo apply on your scalp like oil and remain it for 10 miniuts then wash daily do same for two wks.after this do this twice wks for 2wks then once wk for 2wks then stop.

Dear user, heel pain due to various reason. To confirm first should take one foot x ray, you can see the mild bony prominence in the calcaneus bone. This one called as calcaneus spur. This one causes severe pain. You should avoid cont standing or weight lifting. Avoid milk and milk products. Take homeopathic medicine Ledum. Pal 30 twice daily and calc. Flur 6x thrice daily for one week. If any query contact me. Take care.

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Take light dinner. 6.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. 7.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 8. Avoid late night. Don’t take sleeping pill. 9. If no relief consult doctor

I am 54 years male. Since 5 days back I have sleeping disorder problem. Only 3-4 hours sleeping is possible. 1st day - wedding ceremony at night upto 11 o'clock. I want a advice from neurosurgeon. My dad has too much pain in sitting and walking, unbearable pain, everything he do on bed only. Mri report says that Destructive lesion with narrow Edema and erosion of adjacent end plates of L5-S1 vertebral bodies with intervening discitis and pre and para vertebral intraspinal, anterior epidural abscess resulting compression thecal sac and existing nerve roots. Hello sir initially take medicine as your doctor prescribed. Its may pain killers, muscle relexent, anti inflammatory and antacids. Then go for physiotherapy treatment for lumbar traction, ift or swd. Have a lumbar belt and do continue hot fermentation with 5 day complete bed rest.

Try to walk about 2 kilometers per day. It increase your circulation. Workout along with cardio is important.

I am female 28 yrs old from last 1 and half moths I am having pain in my shoulder and I am getting tingling sensation in my palm and figures. I have shown to physiotherapist and attend 12 sessions but still I have pain and having tingling in my hand palm and figure sensation. When I have shown to orthopedic he had given me pain killer and one steroid tablet to eat 10days but by scared I have not consume premet 4tablet. I am doing exercise also but still from last 3 month am suffering from pain and tingling. My xray was touch ok of cervical front and back but still problem persist. Please advise how will this problem will dissolve or should need to take steroid tablet to get relied from this problem and obliged.

Dear you have cervical spondylitis, do neck exercises and deep breathing exercises and put a hot water bottle under your neck for 20 minutes twice a day for 3 days daily. Also don't bend your neck for long time. You will be fine.

Once there is a cavity/hole in ur teeth, it can't b reversed bck to its good health by any home remedies. It requires definitive treatment n intervention by dentist like filling of tooth after cleaning the decay. If the decay is extensive, rct followed by capping 'll b done. visit a dentist ASAP n get it teeth evaluated n get treated accordingly . avoid self medications.

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Have a glass of whole milk (without the cream removed) with green cardamom powder before going to bed. Have 1 teaspoon of licorice root powder with a glass of milk on an empty stomach in the morning. Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. Add ½ tsp of cinnamon powder and 1 tsp of honey with 1 cup of warm milk. Drink before going to bed. Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. Take 1 teaspoon each of brahmi and ashwagandha powder in 2 cups of water, boil and reduce it to one cup and drink it daily in the morning

Hello may be this is due to weather effect or may be indiegtion. Hows your food habit now a days. Advice 1) take ginger water twice a day. Take 1 glass of water and add 1/2 spoon of ginger in it. Boil upto 1 cup remaining of liquid. Than filter it and drink twice a day. 2) do not eat out side food. Thank you.
