Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated. Kindly get your CBC ESR xray pns, ophthalmic examination for refractive error, blood pressure checked and revert.

I have a very mild pain at one point on the left last rib cage bone. It does not pain every time. If I press that point I can feel the pain. If I stretch the upper chest part also I can feel mild pain in that point. I have a sound health, having 5 ft 8 inches of height and 81 kg weight. What it could be?

This is normal bone pain...sometime it may be due to any kind of injury... Sometimes it may be due to increased uric acid...if its more towards middle of ur chest then it may be due costo-chondritis....

Hi Male 78 years. Got my dentures fixed some 14 years. My dentures has given no problem whatsoever since fixing. However, of late, I often get blisters on tongue, cheeks, lips, bite tongue/lips. What could be the reason and what medicine should I take? I regularly take one capsule of becosul daily. Thank you.

Hi Mayank ! It seems you are suffering from Gastritis. Pl take Syp. Digene gel 2 TSF every 8 hourly. If it does not improve in a couple of days, you need to consult an allopathic physician. For now, do not lie on bed for at least 1 1/2 hours of consuming any food.

Hye. Thanks for the query. General weakness or feeling lethargic is a common problem faced by many. Basically, weakness is “lack of physical or muscle strength and the feeling that extra effort is needed to perform daily activities”. Weakness may leave you without energy to carry out day-to-day activities, drowsy or tired, sluggish, and uninterested. Other symptoms include excessive sweating, loss of appetite, difficulty concentrating, and difficulty falling asleep. You can feel weak due to lack of essential nutrients, not getting enough sleep, a weak immune system, excessive drinking, skipping meals, emotional stress, and too much physical labor. Persistent weakness can be caused by health problems like anemia, arthritis, hypothyroidism, a sleep disorder, cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome, diabetes and heart disease. In these cases, it is very important to find out the exact cause behind your weakness. Diet is the main source of energy for our body. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Sleep well. So, to feel energetic and refreshed in life, you must exercise daily for at least 30 minutes, maintain your ideal body weight, follow a good diet, sleep properly, drink water throughout the day to keep your body hydrated, avoid alcohol and stop smoking.

Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in pain free movement. Hello, I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awakening in morning Kindly follow advises given below: 1. strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular Physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. avoid Tea coffee after 7 pm 5. you can take bath at bed time 6. Avoid day time sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes
