7-8 hours of sleep is called healthy. Perfect time -asap after 9 or max by 10. For a healthy deep sleep, do a 15 min walk after your dinner.

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Wall calf stretch Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Our body is set at a particular pattern in addition to our specific body requirements. Our body requires minimum 6-7 hrs. Of sleep but sleeplessness can occur due to tensions, anxiety,using gadgets prior to sleep timing, excess use of tea/coffee. Please try to relax at bedtime or whenever you are trying to fall asleep. Say your prayers. Do not think about the past day or the next day. You can even try counting 1-100. Sounds funny but it helps many a times. Regards,

Do full bad rest some days heating paid used on problem areas like back & ankle either you can also take physiotherapy some days like 15-20 days a physiotherapist give you heating paid, us, ift & exercise but after Physio you can carry on heating paid & exercise you feeling better, do rest ok.

You are committing the biggest blunder of your life by doing this. At this rate of sleep deprivation, your mind will soon loose the agility & acuity required for calculations & other mental functions. So please sleep for atleast 6-7 hrs. Daily .Regards,

Hello Lybrate user .as mentioned ther is frozen shoulder do visit physiotherapist near by you because patient won't do those exercises in that's manner frequency n intensity which r require .do hot fermentation initially and shoulder movements .n visit physiotherapist near by you. Thanks.

I am suffering very severe joint pains. Recently I met cardio doctor he suggested medicine. I am little free from joint pains at knees but not at hands and neck. Mostly neck is very painful. Hello Lybrate user. As you mentioned you hav developed neck pain bcoz of prolong sitting .u know the reason behind that also .it is sitting for prolong duration apply pressure to neck muscle specially in forward head posture. Condition you have developed called cervical myalgia. Correction of neck posture is key to success. Sit straight .keep head in eye level .make your work station ergonomically fit .keep your desktop in to eye level. Take breaks every 20 minutes initially .do stretches off load the pressure for those neck muscle. Do apply hot fermentation to painful area. Consult me online for more details. Thanks.

Cause of Over sleeping a) Alcohol, smoking, drugs caffeine, sleeping pills b) stress, depression, fatigue inadequate/disturbed sleep, c) obesity, lack of physical activity d) Environmental factor like room is too hot/cold, excess light, noise, un cofortable bed e) Hypo thyroidism, diabetes, Heart disease f) sleeping dis order like sleep Apnoea (Breathing disorder where you stop breathing periodically in the night, due to blockage of Airway, narcolepsy (day time sleep), Restless leg syndrome Treatment a) Have a proper sleep schedule-Get up and go to bed at same time everyda y (body’s natural clock –cicardian rhythm will be accordingly activated) b) Good sleeping environment (Quiet, cool, dark, comfortable bed room without noise, light), c) Avoid caffeine/alcohol/nicotine 4-6 hours before bed time, d) Avoid day time sleep, daily exercise, light reading for 15 minutes daily before going to bed e).Avoid anxiety/stress/depression/fear/boredom/lack of motivation f) check your hemoglobin, BP,do a thyroid function test to rule out hypothyroidism g) consult physician for advice and treatment.

It will be helpful if you have Vitamin d3 deficiency. Get your blood examined for vitamin D3 and consult doctor with report for advice and treatment.

A brief nap of 20-30 mins is good as it refreshes you for the rest of the day. Do not sleep just after the meal, give a gap of 30 mins between meal & nap.

Sir I have problem of sleep. I tried to sleep BuT due to extra thinking I don't sleep in night. I don't feel hungry and tiredness always feel. When I thing that my chest pain then it's started Slow pain but when I am busy in another work then it not pain. I test my blood for CBC and tsh test by report is normal .as the day pass I feel more tension regarded to health. Please help me sir.

1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time .8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10.Don’t sleep in day time 11.Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor

Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area

lybrate-user. Being a sport person you need to remain fit. Along with d moves also work on proper muscle length and strength. Take a balanced diet to meet your requirements that will help you to recover faster from wear n tears. Apply ice packs for little finger pain 2-3 times a day. And last but not d least do not forget to visit to a physiotherapist for adequate recovery and proper guidance so dt you can avoid further injury and excel in your field. Thanks.
