From 2014 and 2015 2 times I gone for urine culture test in that report its shows EcoLi bacteria is found and I used antibiotic medicines for that , is this bacteria will harm? Ecoli infection in urine is very common. You should take plenty of liquids. Maintain proper hygiene, take filtered water only. No smoking, no alcohol if any. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

Hello, Kindly follow advises given below 1.Avoid using computers continuously, take rest for 5 min after working for half an hour 2. In pain free interval do neck exercise (kindly learn exercise by registered Trainer) 3. you can use thin pillow while sleeping so that normal posture of neck can be maintained 4.Maintain proper posture of body while watching TV/ studying Kindly go for cervical X ray AP and lateral and review with reports

Hi if you suffering from gastric problems first you think about your diet and daily activities, you should avoid fatty, fried and spicy food and tea. No smoking and alcohol, dinner 2 hrs before you go to bed. No milk at night, some lab test should be done USG w/abd LFT S. AMYLASE S. LIPASE Morning walk, yoga and meditation shold be done.

Measure your temperature and tell me reading Avoid exertion Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc Get CBC checked and review with reports consult privately

Hello, Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. Play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

Follow these methods to control anger: * do long breathing pranayams daily for 15 minutes. * when you feel angry drink a glass of water and take 2 -3 long breaths at that time. * sleep properly 6 to 8 hrs at night and do not take stress. You can do head and foot massage with oil to destress yourself it also control your anger. * drink 6 - 8 glass of water daily. * do morning walk and jogging daily. * avoid excessive intake of coffee and alcohol. * eat healthy food and avoid pickle.

This depends upon your metabolic status as well as exercise and yoga and morning walk in the morning every day. An very important thing is that the vata nature people never gets fleshy even he eats as much nutritional foods. I would like to suggest you to be healthy is better than fleshy body. He should follow some regular routines of getting all dietary measures and daily behaviours as well as exercise, yoga and morning walk every day. Use warm milk boiled with ginger and haldi including ghee and nuts every day before going to bed.

Ok avoid aasan for two days take rest and avoid strain. Heat fermentation with rest time if it work then ok otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment its sciatica pain on.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

It seems to be colitis pain. You should get a usg abdomen done and follow the following tips:- eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

Take bland semi solid diet like rice with yogurt, porridge, barley, fruit (avoid skin/seeds) custard, avoid spicy, oily and fatty food. Take light and easily digestible diet. Take meals at short interval to avoid nausa/vomiting. Take zeera decoction everyday and also do take a calcium rich diet. Avoid meat/poultry/egg for 2 months 4. Drink plenty of water/lime juice/ glucose and also sago sweets and sago items. Water/ coconut water, sugar cane/ fresh fruit (avoid citrus fruits) juice, milk 5.
