I have very tiny itchy blisters in multiple groups on my forehands, it started in january, but vanished and came on again and again, every time I treat it with dettol, suthol, running water, bathing with hot water, but it kept coming back. This time it has increased and no relief even after applying aloe vera gel. It worsens at night and grow more the next day. It is so itchy that I can't even sleep at night. It is in both hands, but left hand is highly effected today. It happened once before, lng time back, and disappeared after sometime. But this time it is not getting fine.

Apply dipsalic ointment twice daily for 2 weeks. In case of no relief consult a skin specialist. Atarax 10 mg at night. Most probably due to pompholyx.
