I am 62 years old and am 70 kgs in weight. My height is 5'-3" Can you please suggest me vegetarian foods which are low in fat so that my obesity can be reduced.

Majority of vegetables contains less fat. You should take food which contains less oil. Natural way of weight loss is by routine exercise like walking, running, yoga and healthy diet which contains boiled vegetables, more fiber, low carbohydrate and fatty food. Medicines work temporarily for weight loss. Skipping meals will not help. If any medical condition is related then that can be treated.
