Dear Lybrateuser, - Do steam inhalation twice a day - do warm salt water gargles three times a day if there is pain or irritation in the throat - avoid cold fluids, have warm fluids like water, tea, coffee, milk & soup - take tablet levo cetirizine, 10 mg, 1 tablet daily in the evening - take syrup Chericof, 2 teaspoonful three times a day - do x- ray chest PA view, consult a doctor as you may require a course of antibiotics.
