Hi Lybrate user, This pain is due to Repetitive strain injury Follow these to relieve your pain 1. Ice packs thrice a day (10 mins each session) 2.Gentle massage 3.wrist flexor and Extensor stretch 4.Crepe bandage / Tubifix 5.Strengthening ex's with Thera band and Tubing 6.Before playing Warm up and After playing cool down Consult a Physiotherapist for prior Taping so you can avoid over use injuries Thank you.
