Good question. For BP. A low salt diet is recommended. For lunch try and hv a balanced meal, dal chawal sabji on nonveg item, nt compulsory, salads and fresh curd, n roti if you like. Keep dinner simple at night, except on feast nights. Take roti sabji. A sweetdish.
