I get small bumps on my face. I think it's allergy. It goes as I apply tenovate. I don't apply tenovate frequently. After some days I get those bumps again all over my face. Now I think because of the cold season I get flakes on my cheeks only. I don't know how to find out what am I allergic to. Any cream you suggest.
