Hello sir. Wen you reach 40 years of age. your calcium deposits in the bone starts declining. Hence you may hav weak bone density thus leading to frequent leg weakness, mild injury to fractures, so pls take calcium rich foods like milk, ragi, n other whole millets. Pls avoid coffee n tea. Since it may interfere in calcium absorption.
