no there will be no negative effect for wisdom teeth ... because we really don't have any use of wisdom teeth ... so it's ok if u wanna extract it... look it's normal to have wisdom teeth ... they erupts by following the rule of nature but now a days we don't have any use for third molars/wishdom teeth...
