For gum you need to go for physical examination to find any plaque deposition. Scaling is the best option to get rid of plaque. Brush regularly two times daily with soft bristle toothbrush. Rinse your mouth after each meal. Floss your tooth to prevent food impaction between teeth. Visit your dentist every 2 months for routine checkup.
