I am suffering from burning sensation in upper abdomen for 6 months. USG done but no abnormality found. I have taken mucainegel, sukral suspension, pan 40, pan MPs syrup, omeprazole tablet as doctor advised me. But no results found. What should I do now? I am attaching USG report.

Hi. It appears to me a case of peptic ulcers (gastritis and acidity). Strict dietary restrictions and lifestyle changes are required apart from medications. Avoid excessive stress/anxiety avoid spicy oily and outside food. No alcohol/tobacco drink adequate water and sleep properly for medications you can consult online on chat. Thanks.
