I have developed sudden wheezing problems problems the past 8 months and my pressure has also gone up the same period. I do have mild stress and am around 10 kg overweight. Pl advice what yoga exercises to do to bring my pressure under control and reduce the breathing problems. I have stopped smoking since 2 months and am watching my weight and would like to practise yoga side by side. Kindly advice.

Reduce weight. Get spirometry done to know cause of wheeze. Can be copd/asthma. Consult a respiratory phy.
