I have a grade 3 MCL tear. Is it necessary to undergo a ligament reconstruction surgery. To get fyn because I have trouble in running and even walking. I even have ACL complete tear grade 3 and LCL grade 1.is a MCL SURGERY necessary to get back completely fyn.

Yes, it is necessary to have ligament reconstruction surgery, no medicine will help you in repair and fixing the ligament, there is no benefit of Wait and watch for long periods.

hi! give yourself time by undergoing physiotherapy for few weeks.sometimes it may take couple of months also. if u still feel there is no change in d pattern of the pain, go for surgery.
