I am 19 years old. My weight is 84 kg and height is 5'7. My problem is. I feel very fatigued and lethargic after I do exercise. I only do 30 mins walking. Even then I feel fatigued and dull after exercise. I feel normal only if I do not do any exercise. I had got done cardiac stress test, echo cardiogram, and complete blood profile all the results were normal. Should I stop exercising?
