Hi. I am 28 years male weighing 79 kg with 5.4 height. My job is mainly done while sitting so gained lot of weight. Exercise - negligible, have half n hour walk daily. Have chapati veg n rice tea in breakfast, skip lunch n dinner around 6.30 pm and a glass of milk during bedtime. Kindly advice some diet n exercise to lose weight.

Hi. You should not skip meals. Rather you should have Lunch. Simple Dal Roti. Carry two apples with you and eat whenever you are hungry. Move around a lot in office. Climb stairs. After every 2 hours get up and walk for 5 mins. This way you can get at least 20-30 mins ex in office itself. Convert 30 mins of your walk into jog. Just walk is not sufficient to lose weight. Aim for 1 - 2 kgs loss per month. Slow and steady will get you to your goal.
