To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Hello, You Hb levels should atleast be 12 to 15. Cook all your food in iron vessels. Beans, dried fruits, green veg, Non-veg items are some good sources of iron. Remember you also need to high protein diet that will work along iron. Vitamin C doses are equally important and so is water.
