Asking for my wife, I want to know the benefits of eating 1. Egg 2. Banana 3. Milk with Banana Because I am working daily means walking daily for 8-9 hours so wants more calories and proteins so which one is much better?

Whole Egg is a very good source of protein & micronutrients. Banana is rich in potassium & helps in bowel movement. Milk is a good protein & calorie source. Have small frequent meals (2-3 hrs interval) to keep your stamina high as so much physical activity is needed. Here are some easy food options high in protein- whole egg (boiled/omlette/scramble), Milk (cow/buffalo) with figs, dates shake, banana lassi/ kheer, groundnuts, til/rajgira ladoo/chikki, paneer & cheese added to food items/meals, soyabean cutlet, chicken roll, fish fingers, khandvi, dhokla, chila, dal halwa, raita, chaans, cereal malt with milk, premix with milk/curd.
