While we start tab. Siphene, we follow our patients with USG (follicular study), to check its effect on ovulation, whether the dose is sufficient or not. We give it max for 6-9 cycles. If not getting results in 6 cycles, other investigations & treatment are required. Intercourse should be planned between 12- 16 th day of cycle.
