Most often I feel too tired and I can't carry on my study due to this problem. So eventually I sleep. This is affecting me a lot. Please suggest me some remedies.

Your energy is wasting in other work due to which you have no energy for study Don't drinks cold drinks cold water freeze food Eat home food like charu rice chapati roti 1/2 strength early morning exercise will be beneficial not in ac gyms Eat foot 2 times morning and night when you have good appetite Take only cow milk or lite food only fruits or upama shira in afternoon or only 1 roti You will feels fresh Take care For more consult privetly
