My father has high BP. He wants to do some physical exercises. But he is confused what to do either jogging or running or walking. His age is 50 and weight 70 kg and height 5.4" Suggest us some info.

Your father should walk for about 3 Km to begin with and gradually increase to 5 kn in a day. No jogging at this age, it will harp knees and hip joints. Additionally, proper control over diet and meditation to balance mental stress are essential for BP to be maintained under control.
