Is it a myth that one should not drink water just after finishing a meal? If not, what are the advantages and disadvantages?

Hello, one should not have to drink much water just after eating. As after eating, much water can make your stomach much heavier and also much water can dilute digestive juices and thus it has an indirect effect on digestion. So it is advisable to drink water after 20-30 minutes after eating which is more helpful in digestion too.
