I can't get in bed at morning. Am feeling energy loss in my body. And feeling full body painful Am always try to get up fast but I can't. Please suggest good medicines.

First of all, sleep on time if you want to get up on time and feel energetic. Sleeping post 11 p.m starts lowering your metabolic rate due to which you feel lethargic in the morning. As soon as you wake up, have a apple or juice. Start exercising daily and have healthy meals throughout the day.
