Please suggest diet I am a regular runner I want to build stamina in running. Because I can't run a long distance.

If you are running or gyming you need to increase protein intake as that will provide stamina and power to muscles. Egg, pulses, dairy products, soya or meat, and protein powder. You can take any form of diet from these. You should also take multivitamin like becospecial once daily
