Promise to your self that you will take care of your body. Step by step you can become healthier. Make lifelong changes, so that you don't reach this state again. Focus on eating healthy and light. 1. Start taking 3-4 fruits everyday. 2. Drink a glass of lemon water in morning and evening. 3. Eat more vegetables. Eat 2 cucumbers daily 4. Take 20 almonds everyday. 5. Eat small meals/ small snack every 3 hours. Eat slowly chew properly. 6. Everyday quota oil - not more than 4 teaspoon.......sugar - not more than 4 teaspoons. 7. Eat proteins like a cup of dal, lobia, dried peas, rajma with every meal. 8. Take curds/ paneer regularly. 9. Cut down colas and juices. 10. Reduce junk foods samosas, pizzas, burger, fries etc. Do 60 mins of active exercise/aerobics everyday. Respect yourself. Respect your body. Improve your health step by step. Its never too late to start.
