Dear Lybrate User, Good health can not be purchased. Weight loss can not be purchased. .Weight Gain happens due to poor eating habits. Unless those habits change, you can not improve your health. It is better and cheaper to visit a proper dietician who will guide you with proper diet plan than these 'magical' remedies, which promise the moon but nothing happens. All the scientists of the world are still searching for weight loss medicine. They have not found it yet.
