Question

No fluid seen in cul de sac is a good sign and it shows that there is no internal infection.
Cysts are tiny and can be corrected with a short course of antibiotics.
It also depend upon the time of ultrasound, next time go for the test just after cycle on 5th day. May be there will be no cyst.
Normal echos means uniformity and no swellings or tumors.
Take a course of novaclox 500 three times a day for 3 days along with metrogyl 200 mg twice daily after food for 3 days plus one tablet of bandy plus as deworming.
Do write back with next report just after cycle.
