Avoid fried, spicy foods 4. Avoid painkillers, smoking, alcohol, tobacco 5. Have more fresh fruit juice, boiled vegetables/ stew, curd, buttermilk, lassi, coconut water, herbal tea. 6. Light foods like veg khichdi, boiled egg, curd rice, lemon rice, lemonade, sweet lime juice, pudina chans, banana kheer, pongal, idli with tomato chutney, salted lassi, mashed potato with curd, dhokla, khandvi, besan chila, srikhand are preferable 7. 15 mins light walk post main meals is preferable. 8.
