You can exercise even at Office. Every one hour get up from seat and walk stairs for five minutes. Walk to market. Walk to home. Instead of taking rickshaw or auto walk wherever possible. If you are not getting specific time for exercise then use whatever opportunities available otherwise. Avoid lifts and take stairs everywhere. AS for DIET... You can reduce fried stuff. parathas.. puris.. etc. Cut down on all Colas, sugars, sweets.. Drink a glass of water every hour. Eat 3 fruits daily. Eat two cucumbers daily. Find replacements for high calorie foods and switch to simple diet.
