I am looking too fat .I want to reduce my weight and to get a slim appearance. Give any ideas for that? How to reduce weight?

1. take stairs instead of lift 2. walk / cycle instead of hiring transport 3. brisk walk daily for 45 mins 4. take 15 mins light walk post meals 5. avoid lying down within an hr of a meal 6. have plenty of water 7. avoid sugar, potato, maida, noodles, cold drinks, alcohol, chocolate, ice cream, sweets, table salt, white bread, white rice, sabudana, jaggery, honey, junk/ processed/ ready to eat/ canned/ fried foods. 8. have plenty of whole fruits with peels & vegetables. 9. have low fat dairy esp curd
