Dietary calcium sources- dairy products (milk, curd, lassi, buttermilk, chenna), ragi, soyabean/nutrella/tofu/soy milk, rajma, leafy vegetables, dry dates, white sesame seeds (safed til), poppy seeds (khus khus/posto), almonds, fish with bones. Dietary vitamin d sources- whole egg, fatty fish (pomfret, hilsa, salmon, tuna, cod, mackeral, sardine), shiitake mushrooms. Daily 10 mins exposure to sunlight between 12-2 pm with both hands & legs exposed.
