I am 31 years old married woman a mother of two kids and I am suffering from problem of hair fall badly. I want to know can I take two tablets of sea cod in a week for strengthening my hair and also as immunity booster? I can't take it on daily basis because earlier when I was taking it daily it resulted in disturbing my periods.
