My question is drinking hot water really help to lose weight? Because from last week I am drinking 3 to 4 glasses of hot water everyday and I see weight lose in my thighs and stomach. Does hot water really helps to lose weight? Can I continue to drink hot water everyday to lose some weight in future?

Hi. It should be warm not hot. Also you can add some lemon n honey to it to improve its effect. However, you need to take care dt weight loss dsnt lead to nutritional deficiency which is evident in skin dryness, hair fall etc. Till dt dsnt happen, you can continue with it.
