Sir please say me ,my question is about night fall. I am suffering from 4 years in this problem. I am 18 years old. Right side of the body and downwards the kidney are continuously pending .lam fearing with posted gland.

Night fall is common and absolutely normal at your age. There is othing abnormal in your complaint. Take adequete sleep and go for a walk (at least 5 kms) after dinner. Stop worrying about your denital problem because it is not a problem at all.
