Benifit is that you get calories when you need it. But there r lot of harms like. 1. You may get extra calories 2. That may increase your cholesterol level 3. Since thats spicy you may have chances of heart burn, acidity n many more peoblems. So the bottom line is. Avoid taking biryani on regular basis. Although you can have it occasionally if you r healthy.
