I would like to know that are the benefits of fruits and mangoes in summer and what are good for your skin, also what common foods are good to have in lunch, dinner. Does putting on cosmetics in summer good for our health, against strong sunlight they seem To more weaker. What is recommended against direct sunlight contact. Also, eating oily food, how much does it affect and how what does heat oil do to our body?

Eat fruits & vegetables rich in water content & nature is kind to give us melons, cucumbers, lauki, tori etc only during summers, avoid fried stuff ,drink more water ,ORS type , natural with lemon juice in water + a spoon of sugar with a pinch of salt in 1L water. If facing the sun directly, take an umbrella , apply sunscreen on exposed areas, wear linen and soft cottons but no synthetics as they absorb heat. yes no harm eating mangoes in any form , they are a rich source of beta caroteine -a precursor for Vitamin A , fructose sugar, some good proteins. do not count calories as these are healthy calories and not empty calories present in juices and cold drinks. eat small helpings but more frequently.
