kindly take vasantkusumakar rasa, 1 tabs, twice a day, after meals with a cup of warm milk. Take ashwagandha powder in half a glass of warm milk, empty stomach, twice a day, add sugar to taste. Do massage with bala thailam ove the scalp daily and over whole body on every alternate day. Take sleep for 7 to 8 hrs at night regularly. avoid cold eatables, excess tea or coffee in your diet. Continue the regime for 21 days. Stop vasantkusumakar rasa after 21 days. Continue ashwagandha for 45 days. Good luck.
