Drink generous amounts of milk and meat soup if non vegetarian .. Good amount of garlic ghee hot water pepper ginger are advised in daily diet Avoid starvation or delayed meals preserve canned or frozen foods and others that are raw or uncooked

eat lots of simple proteins like toned milk, curd, eggs, cheese , pulses , soy, assorted nuts for good fats and more proteins. eat dates for lactation + jeera, heeng,ajwain to avoid distention in mother and kid being fed through her.
