Hi, prevention is better than d cure. Your all complains r due to junk food, irregular life style. Tk, plenty of water to hydrate yourself and to regulate metabolism to complete your digestion to ease your problem. Tk, home made easily digestible diet on time. Tk apples, carrots, spinach, papaya, ensure, sound sleep at least for 7 hrs, in d night. Avoid, junk food, caffeine, nicotine, alcohol.
